I was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, where my passion for food and hospitality ignited at age 15 while working in local seafood restaurants. To refine my skills, I pursued a culinary apprenticeship in Florida, laying the foundation for my career in the kitchen.
My love for surfing and cooking took me to surf resorts in Nicaragua and El Salvador, eventually landing on Kauai, Hawaii. For the past 20 years, I’ve worked as a private chef, traveling to cook for clients in Aspen, Martha’s Vineyard, and along both U.S. coasts.
Over the last two decades, I’ve honed my skills, creating personalized dishes for clients with diverse tastes and dietary needs. With a calm and humble approach, I focus on delivering memorable culinary experiences. I’m excited to bring my passion for food to your next event.
